HIREIQ is partnering with a well-established and highly regarded professional services firm to appoint a Corporate Finance Manager into a growing advisory team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious finance professional who wants exposure to high-quality transactions, genuine responsibility, and a clear route into senior leadership within Corporate Finance.
The firm advises a broad mix of owner-managed businesses, private groups, and international clients, delivering end-to-end support across M&A, debt advisory, valuations, and strategic transactions.
The Role
As Corporate Finance Manager, you'll play a key role in leading transactions and shaping the continued growth of the team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing buy-side and sell-side M&A mandates, debt advisory projects, and corporate restructurings from start to finish
Producing and reviewing financial models, valuations, and transaction analysis across a range of sectors
Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, leading meetings, managing expectations, and supporting negotiations
Leading, coaching, and developing a team of newly-qualified and part-qualified professionals
Working closely with Partners to originate new work, support proposals, and grow existing client relationships
Preparing and presenting high-quality reports, investment papers, and transaction documentation
Managing WIP and billing, ensuring strong commercial outcomes and adherence to internal controls

About You
You'll likely have:
ACA / ACCA (or equivalent) qualification
Experience in Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, or Deal Advisory(strong candidates from an external audit background will also be considered)
Excellent financial modelling and valuation skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Strong people skills with experience mentoring or managing junior staff
A commercial mindset and genuine interest in business development and client growth
