DROMONE Engineering are currently recruiting for a permanent fulltime Accounts Payable Administrator to join our award winning team DROMONE designs, manufactures and markets agriculture tractor Pick-Up Hitch and construction excavator Quick Coupler technologies. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be managing supplier relationships and processing invoices for payments utilising your knowledge and experience in accounts payable procedures. You thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment, handling queries, prioritising payments and meeting month end deadlines. Highly organised, attentive, and methodical, you will also show strong verbal communication skills in managing and resolving queries.
Responsibilities:
* Maintaining the Accounts Payable function as part of the Finance team
* Processing high volume of Supplier Invoices - matching 3 ways
* Input, process and code invoices accurately and timely in accordance with established policies and procedures.
* Processing of payment to suppliers as per agreed payment schedules
* Building strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders
* Maintaining the Creditors including monthly supplier recs
* Building strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders
* Generate Supplier payment run/EFT's
* Weekly Bank Reconciliations
* Respond & resolve supplier and internal queries in an efficient and timely manner
* Dealing with AP queries promptly
* General admin
* Ability to integrate quickly into a team environment and work on own initiative.
* Ability to commute onsite daily.
Experience/Qualifications
* · Min. 2/3 years' experience in a similar role
* · Strong knowledge of accounts payable principles and practices
* · Excellent organisational skills
* · High Level attention to detail
* · Can work to month/year end deadlines
* · Highly proficient in excel, word.
* · Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* · Excellent written and verbal English.
