Food & Beverage Assistant

Departmental Manager/Manager on Duty
Location:
Crown Quarter, Monck Street, Wexford Town
Crown Quarter, in Wexford Town, are currently recruiting for an experienced Food and Beverage Assistant to join their team on a part-time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience to grow in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate must be available to work weekends.

Role Requirements
Take food & beverage orders and ensure the orders communicated to the bar & kitchen in a professional manner.
Ensure the bar is kept clean & tidy at all times.
Be attentive to the guest and ensure they are looked after throughout their visit with us.
Be friendly & courteous at all times
Be familiar with the food & drink menu and communicate knowledgably with the guest
Passion to deliver exceptional Customer Care
Assist in creating a warm & welcoming environment to our guests
Assist with the set up and close down of the service
Candidate Requirements
Excellent attention to detail.
The ability to communicate and build good working relationships with your team.
High operating standards.
Confident and outgoing personality
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and outgoing personality and an ability to interact with people.
Previous experience is essential
Must be available to work weekends including late nights.
