* Lead and direct the work of tradespeople and subcontractors, ensuring the project is executed safely and according to specifications.
* Maintain open communication with project managers, engineers, and planners to stay informed about progress and any challenges that may arise.
Bulk Requirements:
* The candidate should possess at least five years of experience as a Civils Foreman or similar role. Civil works background is mandatory while groundworks or plant background is highly preferred. Experience working on pipelines, RC works would be advantageous.
