Job Title: Young Lives Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to manage our residential service for young people. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support are provided to our residents.

About the Role
This is a senior management position that requires a strong leadership style and excellent interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing residential services, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care and achieving outstanding outcomes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Developing and implementing individualised care plans that meet the needs of each resident;
* Liaising with external agencies and professionals to ensure comprehensive support for our young people;
* Maintaining accurate records and reporting on key performance indicators;
* Managing staff rotas and ensuring adequate staffing levels at all times;

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need to possess:
* A relevant qualification in social care or a related field (e.g., degree in Social Care, Applied Social Studies in Social Care);
* Extensive experience in managing residential services, preferably with vulnerable children or young adults;
* Proven ability to develop and implement effective care plans, achieving outstanding outcomes;
* Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team;
* Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure;
