The Role
You will be required to coordinate and manage all activities and requirements for the smooth running of our project offices.
Working with the operations team to support their day to day work the office manager will ensure all administrative tools are in place and executed.
Responsibilities
Maintain the office filing system & purchasing order system
Creating and implement new admin processes/systems
Use of a variety of office software such as spreadsheets, emails and databases
Ensure sufficient office supplies for each location
Create & maintain efficient and safe office layouts
Prepare applications and documentation for project staff training
Attend training when required
Compiling and inputting weekly time sheets and annual leave registers
Taking and publishing meeting minutes
Publishing project reports concerning IT, Fleet & HR admin
Requirements
5+ Years experience
Fluent English speaking
Working knowledge of Microsoft office programs including MS Teams
Knowledge and experience in business, supervision, and management
Experience in a team-oriented workplace
Planning and organisation skills
Communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving skills
Teamworking skills
Ability to work on own initiative
