Job Description
* We are looking for a senior member of our CSA Department with strong design and technical experience, excellent communications skills, and the ability to manage projects through all stages.
* This is a busy, energetic and supportive practice suited to motivated professionals with a strong interest in all aspects of the construction industry.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
* Relevant experience in Industrial/Pharmaceutical/Life Science projects is preferred with knowledge of cleanroom materials.
* Fully proficient/high degree of competence in BIM/Revit essential;
* Motivated self-starter with excellent design communication organisational skills;
* Techinically skilled detailing building types including mixed use commercial developments under compression schedules targets deadlines working closely project managers teams colleagues external partners collaborators clients healthcare pharma other industries using technologies CAD solid modeling Revit Dynamo Composites Autodesk Maya SketchUp 2D 2d exporting extracting architectural designer draughtsman cad technician softwares tools workflows methodologies integrating architectures spaces layouts buildings facilities airport internal scales logistics cargo airline passenger airport hospitality hospitality aerospace automobile manufacturing automotive transports retails sites work within tight margins control relentless professionalism reliability people.">
