Key Responsibilities: Lead and inspire a dedicated kitchen team to deliver exceptional food standards across all services patient meals, staff dining, and hospitality catering. Develop and oversee innovative, nutritious, and well-balanced menus in line with dietary requirements and hospital standards. Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and HACCP regulations. Manage budgets, food costs, and supplier relationships effectively. Drive excellence in service, presentation, and consistency across all meals. Work closely with the clinical nutrition and management teams to maintain the highest standards of quality and care.
