Key Qualifications, Behaviours & Capabilities
CIP, QFA or APA Qualified in
General Insurance
, with at least 3 years experience in a Minimum Competence Code Controlled Function CF1 or CF7 role.
3+ years of management experience in the insurance industry.
Strong leadership, client relationship, and change management skills.
Experience in contact centre operations, forecasting, and technology.
Confident communicator with a hands-on, proactive approach.
Commercially focused with the ability to deliver results.
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
In-depth knowledge of the Irish insurance market and regulatory environment.
Strategic thinker with the ability to manage day-to-day operations.
