Change Management and Training Lead
This role will be responsible for leading change impact assessments, business readiness, stakeholder engagement, communication, training content development, and delivery across the organization. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing change management strategies and plans for enterprise-wide programs and projects, conducting change impact assessments, defining stakeholder engagement plans, and managing business readiness.
The ideal candidate will have experience in change management and/or training leadership within large-scale transformation or multinational environments. They should be familiar with organizational design and change impact analysis, as well as instructional design frameworks and content tools.
This position requires a proven background in designing and delivering enterprise-wide training for new technologies or process improvements. The successful candidate will be able to maintain documentation of change and training approaches in line with best practices.

A degree-level education is required, and a Change Management certification (e.g., PROSCI, APMG) is preferred. Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and Instructional design/training certification (e.g., CPLP, CELP, COLF) are also desirable.
