Recruitment Resourcer
Location: Carlow

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruitment Resourcer to join our dynamic recruitment team.
In this entry-level role, you will play a crucial part in the recruitment process by assisting with the identification, evaluation, and selection of candidates for a variety of positions.
Your primary focus will be on sourcing candidates through innovative methods, including online platforms, networking, and direct outreach.
As a Junior Recruitment Resourcer, you will work closely with seasoned recruiters and gain invaluable hands-on experience in the recruitment lifecycle.
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and supporting the wider recruitment team in meeting targets and fulfilling staffing needs.

Responsibilities
Assist in the sourcing of candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Conduct preliminary phone interviews to assess candidate suitability and availability.
Support recruitment campaigns by helping to create job advertisements and outreach strategies.
Gather and analyze recruitment metrics to improve sourcing and hiring processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with social media platforms and professional networking sites.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A positive attitude and a desire to learn about the recruitment industry.
