We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations group, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our global audio visual technology infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and maintaining complex technical systems, as well as providing exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders.
* Lifecycle Refresh and Transformational Initiatives: Plan and implement strategic refresh projects within the region, collaborating with local stakeholders to simplify and modernize audio visual experiences.
* Audience Experience Management: Facilitate final acceptance of solutions and projects using standard processes and documentation.
* Vendor Relationship Management: Evaluate vendor relationships, serving as the day-to-day point of contact for third parties.
