About the Role
The Sustainable Energy Business Unit has a pressing need for an accomplished Systems Engineer to shape cutting-edge products and solutions for energy storage systems of the future. This leadership position involves leading architectural design, development, and deployment of advanced products and system solutions comprising multiple hardware components and software layers.
Key Responsibilities include defining and articulating product visions, developing technical requirements, designing system architectures, and leading cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will have expertise in Battery Management Systems, with experience in architecting and designing systems for automotive or energy storage applications.
To be successful in this role, you will possess strong problem-solving skills, ability to communicate complex technical ideas effectively, and experience working on integrated circuit products or system solutions. Additionally, familiarity with BMS system architectures and trends, as well as tools like Jama or Doors, is highly desirable.
