China Sichuan Restaurant, Sandyford is looking for a full-time pastry chef. Work experience in a busy high-standard environment would be an advantage for the candidate taking on this role. The role will involve developing a range of Asian-influenced desserts. The candidate will have at least 2 years of previous pastry experience, possess a good knowledge of HACCP, and be able to work well under pressure, thrive in a busy environment, and work well within a team. A good command of the English language is required. Previous pastry chef experience is an advantage. The candidate must be able to work legally in the EU/Ireland and be currently residing in Dublin.
