Highly established Mid tier Accounting firm is seeking an Assistant Manager (VAT) to join their team in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional advice, indirect tax planning solutions and audit support to clients to clients regarding VAT compliance and transactions.Duties and Responsibilities• Advising clients on VAT compliance, Audit and transactions• Providing technical support and advice to clients• Assisting Senior Management with complex assignments• Assisting with the preparation of tax planning strategies• Assisting with the review of client accounts• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients• Providing training and guidance to junior staff• Assisting with other tax projects as neededQualifications and Experience• Minimum of 2 years experience in similar role• ITI Qualified• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteThis is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
