An industry-leading aircraft lessor is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join on a six-month fixed-term contract. This is a great opportunity to support a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team, including meeting coordination and document preparation.
* Manage general office operations, including supply ordering and vendor coordination.
* Organise internal meetings and events, and ensure smooth day-to-day running of the office.
* Act as the first point of contact for office-related queries and greet visitors professionally.
* Liaise with external partners and perform ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in an office administration role.
* Strong IT skills, particularly in the Microsoft Office suite.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
