Responsibilities
1. Administering BAU tasks and client deliverables on a daily basis.
2. Understanding of trade life cycle and process flow (trade capture, valuations, settlements collateral management etc.).
3. Respond, investigate and resolve any client pricing queries and price challenges routed to EMEA for IOO, Custody and Fund Accounting clients.
4. Trade booking of non-automated OTC products on Vendor templates to ensure the accurate capture of valuations and pricing.
5. Perform daily investigation of reconciliation threshold breaks between NT and Client specific valuation reports.
6. Work with independent pricing vendors to obtain prices for OTC Derivatives and resolve valuation issues.
7. Resolution of Pricing Control reports including Quality Control checks.
8. Highlighting process issues and driving change by working with internal groups to enhance the operational process where appropriate.
9. Assist with testing of change management projects including NT, Client, Vendor and Counterparty service enhancements.
10. Assisting with any new client issues and Client On-boarding.
11. Assisting with Control, Audit andpliance teams on both internal and external queries.
12. Attend Client Service review meetings and be able to present and create presentation material.
13. Provision of general support to the Global Pricing team.

15. Adopt a questioning approach to current methods and provide viable alternatives where possible.
16. Continually seek to increase the level of automation of BAU processes where feasible.
17. Manage the query process such that we have a record of all queries raised with the dept. and take steps to reduce the level of queries raised with the Team.
18. Maintain up to date andprehensive procedures manuals are maintained at all times.
19. Adhere topany standards, procedures and controls and maintain work files in a neat and orderly manner, suitable for review by management and auditors.
Skills / Experience
20. A keen awareness of the Financial Services Industry with a graduate degree in a relevant subject.
21. Highly numerate and analytical with an ability to learn quickly.
22. Advanced understanding of Over the Counter Swaps.
23. Creative and dynamic approach to problem solving.
24. Ability to work on own initiative and adhere to strict deadlines
25. Professional approach and ability to develop relationships both internally and externally
26. Proficient in using email and standard Microsoft Office packages. Experience of Bloomberg is also beneficial.
