Revenue Growth Specialist
The Ardilaun Hotel seeks a skilled Revenue Growth Specialist to drive revenue expansion through effective reservations management, digital marketing, and strategic distribution.
Key Responsibilities
* Maximise occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR through data-driven pricing and distribution strategies.
* Manage OTA platforms, hotel website, channel manager, Rate Par, and Rate Wise for optimal results.
* Track and report on revenue performance, booking trends, competitor activity, and ROI with analytical precision.
Ensure accurate rate loading and mapping across systems, driving direct bookings and minimising commission costs.
Forecasting & Reporting
* Create accurate weekly forecasts and competitor analysis reports to inform business decisions.
* Support budget planning and track actual performance versus targets for insightful reporting.
* Participate in revenue meetings and contribute to HOD discussions.
Reservations Support
* Assist with reservations as needed and provide front office support during peak periods.
Digital Marketing & Website Management
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital campaigns.
* Manage website content, SEO, special offers, and third-party listings for maximum visibility.
* Monitor paid advertising and analyse campaign performance for optimisation.
Email Marketing & Reputation
* Plan and execute email campaigns aligned with guest journey and local events.
* Monitor online reviews and guest feedback to maintain a strong reputation and identify upselling opportunities.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in revenue growth or a similar role.
* Understanding of revenue management concepts and occupancy strategies.
* Experience managing OTA platforms (e.g. Expedia).
* Strong analytical and reporting skills, able to interpret data and make informed decisions.
