Business Transformation Manager Role
As a Business Transformation Manager, you will play a key role in driving operational efficiency and digital agenda for our clients. Your expertise in strategy, operations, customer, or change delivery will enable you to deliver impactful projects.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Understand service offerings and actively support delivering across various services.
* Utilize problem-solving skills, business analysis, analytics, design thinking, and lean process improvement to drive profitability and performance improvement.
* Analyse and define business requirements through stakeholder engagement and reviewing existing processes.
* Manage teams and engage with client stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
* Be involved in the end-to-end project lifecycle, from business case development to project execution and close-out.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong understanding of core business operations gained through delivery of projects across areas such as strategy, operating model design, lean process improvement, waterfall and agile design transformation and delivery.
* Excellent client relationship management skills, gained through prior consulting roles or within financial services / technology organisations.
* 5 years proven experience in delivering transformation programmes in Financial Institutes.
* Professional credibility and demonstrating expertise.
* Developing and maintaining your personal training and development plan to ensure you continue to update and improve your skill profile on an ongoing basis.
* Supporting collaboration and teaming activities across engagements and across the Business Consulting team.
* Strong written & verbal communication skills; with experience in presenting to key client stakeholders.
