Role Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Sales/Showroom Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience in sales (especially in a showroom or interiors-related setting), is organised, quick to learn, and enjoys dealing with customers in a professional and friendly way.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
* Greeting and assisting customers in the showroom.
* Offering advice and information on our products (tiles, bathrooms, finishes, etc.).
* Keeping the showroom tidy, well-organised and presentable.
* Processing orders, invoices and coordinating follow-up communications.
* Helping manage stock and liaising with suppliers if needed.
* Learning about new products and staying up to date with trends/promotions.
* Actively generating sales leads (calls, emails, social media) and following up with customers.
* Supporting marketing tasks (Google reviews, showroom photos, social posts).
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in retail or showroom sales (preferably with tiles, interiors, or similar).
* Excellent communication and people skills.
* A high level of organisation and attention to detail.
* Quick learner – willing to understand technical product details.
* Someone reliable, responsible, and motivated to grow with the business.
* Professional appearance and attitude.
* IT skills are a plus.
* Spanish or Romanian language skills are a plus.

Working hours:
Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm
Saturdays 10:00am – 4:00pm
