I have partnered with a client based in County Westmeath committed to delivering exceptional user experiences across their range of products. They are seeking a talented UX Designer to join their team. You will be responsible for shaping the user's experience of their SaaS products.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct User Research, gathering all necessary insights.
2. Reduce complexity to enhance user experience and product usability.
3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment with business objectives.
4. Translate complex user requirements into intuitive and functional design solutions.
Requirements:
5. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a UX design role.
6. Strong practical knowledge of front-end design and UX principles.
7. Familiarity with design systems and best practices.
8. A strong portfolio showcasing skills and projects.
9. Experience delivering B2B/SaaS products is a must.
10. Working experience with design tools such as Figma or similar.
