Graduate Event Manager
to join our team and kick-start a career in event management.
The Role
As a Graduate Event Manager, you'll support the planning and delivery of live and virtual events for some of Ireland's leading brands. Working alongside our experienced project managers and creative teams, you'll gain hands-on experience across every stage of event production — from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering events and brand experiences
* Support senior event managers with logistics, supplier management, and client coordination
* Help develop event timelines, budgets, and production schedules
* Conduct venue and supplier research and liaise with key partners
* Assist on-site at events, ensuring smooth delivery and exceptional client experience
* Contribute creative ideas and insights during brainstorming and planning sessions
* Support with post-event reporting, feedback collection, and evaluation
About You
You're energetic, organised, and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment. You love bringing ideas to life and have a strong eye for detail.
We're looking for someone who:
* Has recently graduated with a degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
* Is passionate about live events, experiential marketing, and brand engagement
* Has excellent organisational and multitasking skills
* Is proactive, positive, and eager to learn
* Has strong communication and teamwork abilities
* Can remain calm under pressure and solve problems creatively
* Is available to work flexible hours when required for events (including evenings/weekends)
* Holds a full, clean driving licence (an advantage but not essential)
