A leading Ireland/UK main contractor is hiring a Marketing Manager to partner with the Head of Marketing & Communications and help drive a company-wide marketing strategy. This is a high‑visibility role where you'll shape campaigns, build the brand, and bring standout content to life across major, multi‑million‑euro projects. What you'll be doing
Brand & campaigns: protect and grow the brand across employer branding, client engagement and site initiatives
Internal comms: create communications that build culture, values and engagement
Social media: own strategy + content calendar, publish across channels, engage audiences, manage reputation and report performance
Content & collateral: brochures, presentations, case studies, project sheets – end-to-end
Website (SEO‑led): create/manage content and support site performance
PR & partnerships: press releases, media liaison, advertising/sponsorship support
Creative production: coordinate photography/video/drone content
Events: deliver internal/external events that support business goals
Insight & reporting: competitor research, benchmarking and clear stakeholder updates
Supplier management: manage external agencies/consultants (design, copy, digital, production)
What they're looking for
7+ years in marketing
Strong brand, campaign and content experience
Proven results running corporate social channels
Comfortable with CMS/CRM/social tools & analytics (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Analytics) + Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent communication, strong attention to detail, thrives in a fast‑paced team environment
