We are currently seeking an Experienced Full-Time Floor Supervisor to join our team (Monday - Friday 10am -3pm ) at The Brook Inn. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise the daily floor operations, ensuring smooth service at all times
* Lead by example, supporting and motivating the waiting team
* Provide a warm, professional, and memorable experience for all guests
* Assist in training and developing new team members
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and customer care
* Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory or senior waiting staff role
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent presentation and communication skills
* A professional, outgoing, and friendly personality
* Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
* Fluent English (spoken and written)
* Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
