We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the Global Talent Acquisition Team, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple organizations and various skill sets.
In this role, you will partner with hiring managers and business leadership to understand hiring requirements, products, and services while providing consultative expertise on recruitment.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably within a startup or large enterprise.
Key responsibilities include:
* Execution of talent acquisition processes including candidate sourcing, resume screening, pipeline management, pre and post-offer requirements monitoring, and onboarding support.
* Developing innovative recruitment and sourcing strategies.
* Managing end-to-end hiring activities of assigned requisitions.
* Candidate pipeline oversight through every life cycle stage.
* Coaching and guiding hiring managers on Talent Acquisition related best practices.
To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate awareness and understanding of regulatory frameworks and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
This position requires strong interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships with stakeholders and senior leadership, and experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
We offer a hybrid work arrangement with 3 days on-site at our Dublin Office.
