We are seeking a skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Sales Office team.
About the Role:
* Lead and manage the performance of Sales Executives, Sales Development Coordinator, and Sales Advisors.
* Provide coaching, development, and support to staff to ensure they have the necessary skills, knowledge, and behavior to succeed.
* Manage all aspects of the Sales Office, including achieving sales targets, managing costs, and introducing efficiencies.
* Develop and implement strategies to grow revenue through direct selling and account management.
* Identify training and development needs and implement programs to maximize performance outputs.
* Deal with poor performance, manage absenteeism, and branch resourcing effectively.
* Report on Sales Office activity and sales performance as required by Sales Management.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Actively contribute to the successful achievement of objectives at a regional level, including sales targets and loss ratios.
