Job Title: Infrastructure Project Manager
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Highways and Active Travel team. As a key member of our Sustainable Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for delivering high-profile projects and driving business growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in leading multidisciplinary design teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
You will manage a portfolio of projects including maintaining strong client relationships and overseeing communications across assigned projects. Additionally, you will mentor and manage more junior Project Managers within the Highways and Active Travel Sector.
A degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline, with Chartered Engineer status, is required. You will also need a minimum of 15 years post-graduate experience in the design and project management of highways, greenway and active travel schemes.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead design teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
* Manage project portfolios and maintain client relationships.
* Mentor junior Project Managers.
* Supervise team members.
* Plan and oversee design work.
* Prepare technical reports.
* Coordinate effectively with other team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
