Offer description

We are looking for a Buyer to join our Limerick-based clients, to manage purchasing across a range of products and suppliers, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet customer demand while maintaining cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain ERP data to support accurate MRP forecasting and inventory levels
Manage replenishment to deliver strong service at optimal cost
Build effective relationships with internal teams and suppliers
Identify and reduce aged or problem stock
Analyse supplier performance and support negotiation
Resolve supplier queries (invoices, debit notes) promptly
Handle urgent requests and keep stakeholders informed

Experience & Skills

Minimum 1 years’ experience in a buying/purchasing role
ERP system experience
Strong organisational, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Advanced Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
