Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated individual to support people with disabilities in their daily lives.
* To enable Service Users to live independently within their residential homes and communities, promoting empowerment through access to necessary resources.
* The role involves transporting service users as required, facilitating engagement in all aspects of daily living activities such as meals, personal care, leisure activities, education/training opportunities etc.
* Participation is also expected in household duties including but not limited to cooking laundry general cleaning shopping etc.
