Step into an exciting role with us as a Warehouse Operations Supervisor, where you’ll ensure the seamless flow of operations and maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, and output. You’ll lead a committed team and play a critical role in driving our commitment to operational excellence. Location: Ballycoolin, Dublin
Working Days: Saturday, Sunday, Monday only.
Working Hours: 7am - 8pm with a 30 minute paid break and a 30 min unpaid break
What will you be doing?
* Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring they meet safety and quality standards while achieving customer service targets.
* Create, monitor, and manage operational schedules in line with customer requirements.
* Supervise and coach a dedicated team, providing clear guidance to meet operational goals.
* Liaise closely with the Operations Manager, team leads, and customers to resolve issues and drive improvements.
* Champion our safety-first culture and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
* Ensure accurate handling of documentation, reporting, and performance metrics.
* Manage staff training and development, including performance reviews and goal setting.
About You
We’re looking for a driven and customer-focused professional with a strong background in warehouse supervision. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:
* Previous experience in a supervisory role within a large logistics or warehouse operation.
* Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
* Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations, with a commitment to promoting a safe working environment.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as SAP or JDA.
* Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
* Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
