My Dublin based client is recruiting for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to join the team on a perm basis working on hybrid flexi model.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer
with a strong background in Customer Service (CE). The role involves developing, configuring, and maintaining solutions that support business operations, from customer case management to process automation. The successful candidate will be responsible for both enhancing existing systems and contributing to new projects, ensuring secure, efficient, and scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Setting up and improving how the system handles things like cases, forms business processes and security.
Automating tasks using tools like Power Automate
Writing custom code like plugins or scripts
Working on both existing tools and new projects (greenfield) to meet business needs
* Configure and enhance Dynamics 365 Customer Service, including cases, forms, business processes, and security roles.
* Automate workflows using Power Automate.
* Develop custom solutions (e.g., plugins, scripts) when required.
* Deliver enhancements for both existing systems and new projects.
* Implement secure, automated deployment processes (CI/CD pipelines).
* Collaborate with architects, testers, and other developers in an Agile team environment.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
* 6+ years' experience working with Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Service).
* Strong configuration skills (tables, workflows, business process flows, Power Automate).
* Proven experience with plugin and JavaScript development.
* Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Git.
* Background in Agile development methodologies.
