Job Title: New Account Manager - Ireland
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced New Account Manager to join our EU Marketplace Export team. This role will be responsible for recruiting and growing online Irish sellers on Amazon's marketplace, as well as helping them expand their businesses.
The successful candidate will have full responsibility for delivering business and financial objectives in a fast-moving and often ambiguous environment. Key responsibilities will include:
* Achieving business and financial objectives and driving the growth of Amazon's third-party business
* Identifying opportunities to improve the Marketplace business for all sellers through scalable solutions and managing the roll-out of these solutions
* Sharing learnings with counterparts to drive best practices and identify new opportunities
* Conducting deep dives to understand root causes of seller performance and actions to accelerate growth
* Working closely with Category teams to identify category-specific growth opportunities
* Identifying and managing projects to improve customer and seller experience, working closely with internal and external teams
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
* 6 months to 3 years of related experience
* English language fluency
* Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Management, Engineering or related degree required
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex concepts simply
* Computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Ability to work with a wide range of people at all decision-making levels
* Experience solving analytical problems, either in professional experience (data analysis) or education
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Experience in sales, business development, management consulting or product management
* Experience in e-commerce or retail
* Database Structure Query Language (SQL) is a plus
