We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative support in a fast-paced legal environment.
Main Responsibilities:
* Support solicitors with secretarial and administrative tasks
* Draft, format, and prepare legal correspondence, documents, and contracts
* Manage case files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
* Liaise with clients, external agencies, and third parties professionally
* Manage diaries, schedule appointments, and organize meetings efficiently
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and general office administration effectively
* Ensure compliance with legal procedures and deadlines
* Assist with case preparation and management as required
Key Requirements:
* Previous experience working as a Legal Secretary (minimum 2 years preferred)
* Experience in Personal Injuries and/or Medical Negligence desirable
* Strong typing, document formatting, and IT skills (Microsoft Office proficiency required)
* Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
* Professional communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize in a busy environment
