The Role
As the Receptionist / Administration Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors to our showroom and office. Your responsibilities will include:
 * Greeting clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
 * Answering and directing phone calls and emails promptly.
 * Performing clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
 * Providing administrative support to the team as required.
 * Assisting with the smooth day to day running of the office.
 * Providing assistance to other staff members is required.
 * Tracking enquiries
 * Keep CRM systems up to date
 * Commercial fleet maintenance
Requirements
 * Minimum of one year's experience in a similar role.
 * Excellent telephone manner and strong administrative skills.
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
 * Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
 * Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
 * Previous experience and knowledge of social media platforms is required.
