Role Responsibilities
1. Assist in the smooth operation of the kitchen section, maintaining high standards of cuisine and hygiene.
2. Prepare ingredients for service, ensuring minimal wastage.
3. Meet all special guest requests diligently.
4. Prepare dishes according to specifications and contribute to ongoing improvements.
5. Store goods correctly and hygienically, following HACCP guidelines.
6. Promote a positive, inclusive, and respectful working environment.
7. Work independently and as part of a close-knit team.
Candidate Profile
1. Previous experience in a culinary role; hotel industry experience is advantageous.
2. Passion for food and continuous learning.
3. Friendly team player capable of working under pressure.
4. Knowledge of HACCP regulations.
5. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
6. Fluent in English, both oral and written.
7. Flexible working hours.
