About the Role A leading food manufacturer in Edgeworthstown is seeking a Deputy Quality Manager to support the Quality Manager in maintaining and improving site-wide food safety and quality standards. Act as site lead during audits and inspections. Lead QA team in the absence of the Quality Manager. Manage internal audits, non-conformance investigations, and customer complaints. Own and manage Pest Control and Cleaning/Hygiene Programs. Work cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, and R&D teams. Lead, train, and support a team of 4 QA Technicians. Promote food safety culture and food defence initiatives. What Youll Need Degree in Food Science or related field. 5+ years' experience in food manufacturing quality roles. Strong knowledge of HACCP, BRCGS, food safety legislation, and retailer standards. Skilled in audits, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
