This role will be responsible for thedelivery of all Real Rewards Digital Communications through the planning and distribution of digital content across the Real Rewards app, e-mails, web and social media.
The role will be responsible for optimising and reporting on digital performance across all digital channels.
As the successful candidate you will be responsible for: Content Managemenon the Real Rewards App and Web including regular day-to-day offer changes and specific campaign changes.
Design, build anddistribute app push notifications, in app messages and emails weekly.
Monitor send rates, open rates, click-through rates, and unsubscribes.
Monitoring and updating Onboarding and Welcome Series content to drive new member engagement in Real Rewards.
Design all assets with digital first approach for Real Rewards offers such as Weekly App Voucher, Weekly Coupons, Scan to Win and Real Rewards Prices.
Manage Real Rewards digital channel plan ensuring the optimum engagement with shoppers across all touchpoints.
Support Partner manager in the design and deployment of digital content on a weekly basis for partners such as Electric Ireland, Phone Watch and Getaway Breaks.
Manage day-to-day relationships with digital platform providers to ensure all digital communications are deployed successfully and systems are performing as expected.
Working closely with IT, Product and UX team on App and Web optimisation and future development road maps.
Support on upcoming App releases and reviewing user journeys and app interface.
Monitor and report on digital performance using google analytics/firebase, Facebook, social insights, email and push notification analytics.
As the successful candidate you will possess the following: Have an interest in working in retail, consumer loyalty and a passion for digital.
Knowledge and experienceof Content Management Systems for App, Web and e-mail.
Previous experience with Apps is essential.
Experience in designing digital content for apps, websites, emails, and social media.
Skilled at creating impactful digital content.
Require strong IT skills including CMS system, email marketing system, ability to track and analyse digital performance using Google Analytics, Firebase, e-mail and App analytics.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to complete tasks to a deadline.
Strong attention to detail is essential.
Have great communication skills, written and verbal and a strong track record of building excellent relationships with stakeholders.
Be adaptable, with a strong team ethic and proven ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
Hold a relevant Digital Marketing 3rd level qualification degree.
Have between 2-4 years experience in a similar role.
