This role is central to ensuring properties are kept to the highest standards, compliance obligations are met, and clients receive a professional service. The successful candidate will lead the maintenance team, manage contractors, and implement efficient systems and processes to support the operations department.Responsibilities:Oversee daily maintenance operations across the portfolioManage planned preventative and reactive worksSupervise in-house staff and contractors to ensure quality and cost controlEnsure compliance with health & safety and regulatory standardsMaintain accurate records of works, inspections, and budgetsRespond promptly to client issues and resolve effectivelyManage maintenance budgets and identify savingsSupport refurbishment and capital works projectsWork closely with operations and property management teamsThe Person:Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety)Solid understanding of Irish health & safety and compliance regulationsMinimum 3 years' experience in property/building maintenance managementExperience managing teams, contractors, budgets, and schedulesProficiency in property management software and Microsoft OfficeRelevant technical qualification desirableFull, clean driving licence (site visits required)The Offer:Competitive base salary DOETraining and development opportunitiesDynamic, growing organisationSupportive, collaborative team environment
