Location: Belgard Central Dispatch / Belgard Weighbridge, Tallaght, Dublin 24
Roadstone Ltd invites applications for the position of Dispatch Clerk based in our Head office at Belgard in Tallaght. There will be a requirement for this role to be based at other Roadstone locations from time to time. The successful candidate will report to the Location Manager.

About The Role
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Dealing with customers and members of the public in a professional and helpful manner.
* Scheduling of deliveries, optimising of transport and processing of dockets.
* Daily cash reconciliations.
* Reporting of Complaints and Safety issues to the Location Manager.
* Management of the sales/cost reports for audit compliance.
* Filing of delivery dockets and timesheets relevant to supplier accounts.
* Manage and operate the office in accordance with policies and procedures.
* Process all orders in an efficient and a timely manner.
* Other duties as requested by the Location Manager.
The following knowledge, skills and competencies are required for this role:
* Trustworthy team player with an ability to work on own initiative.
* Strong organisational and administrative skills.
* Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
* Detail orientated with an ability to operate to strict timelines/deadlines.
* Good IT skills (Microsoft Office).
* Knowledge of Zellis, Oracle and Command Alkon systems would be an advantage.
* Knowledge of Roadstone building materials would be an advantage.
The successful candidate must be a highly motivated, self-directed individual with a desire for personal, Company and Group achievement.
