Duties: Designing and developing training programs to enhance individual and organizational performance.
Acting as an administrator for the Learning Management System.
Assessing and prioritizing training needs in consultation with the L&D Lead, managers, system owners, and subject matter experts, aligning with the site's strategic goals and Employee Development Plans.
Supporting managers and individuals by providing information, advice, and resources to promote a high-performing organization.
This includes designing and delivering customized training plans for new and existing employees.
Providing guidance in the design of training programs and assisting in evaluating training activities.
Education and Experience: Bachelors Degree or equivalent in a relevant in Management or related discipline Expert knowledge of principles and methods for designing and delivering training material.
