THE ROLE
You will join a team of 13 Psychiatrists and provide Clinical Leadership for a community-based Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service. Your responsibilities include participating in postgraduate training activities and ongoing medical education. The team faces increasing demands due to more presentations of complex, comorbid mental health disorders, especially self-harm and suicidal behaviors.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with the potential to become permanent.
The Mental Health Services in the region cover hospital and community care for a population of approximately 736,489 people (CSO, 2022), serving one of the largest health catchment areas in the country.
