This role owns social strategy and execution end-to-end, delivering culturally relevant, engaging content that builds brand love and drives growth.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage all social media channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging platforms)Lead social content strategy, planning, calendars, execution, and budget managementDevelop and manage influencer/creator partnershipsDrive daily community management and consumer engagementEnsure all content is on-brand, high quality, and culturally relevantWork closely with brand teams and agency partnersUse analytics and social listening tools to optimise performance and report insightsWhat You'll Bring3–6 years' experience in social media managementFMCG/CPG or agency experience managing scaled brand accountsStrong understanding of social platforms, trends, and content formatsExcellent writing, storytelling, and stakeholder management skillsData-driven mindset with a creative, digital-first approachWhat's on Offer€55,000 – €60,000 salaryBonus and strong benefits benefitsHybrid working modelOpportunity to work on a leading FMCG brand
