Responsibilities:
 * Provide solid administrative support to the Lettings Team, making sure all tenancy documentation is prepared and updated accurately.
 * Oversee tenancy applications from start to finish, addressing any potential issues early on.
 * Respond to lettings enquiries and viewing requests promptly and professionally.
 * Manage the lettings calendar, scheduling viewings and appointments through Outlook.
 * Handle incoming calls, direct queries appropriately, and take clear, accurate messages.
 * Log and track lettings enquiries to keep everything organised.
 * Prepare reports, statistics, and general correspondence when needed.
 * Take care of everyday office duties like document formatting, photocopying, scanning, and printing.
 * Process RTB registrations efficiently and on time.
Key skills required:
 * 1+ years of experience in an administrative role within the property, construction or facilities sectors.
