We are looking for an Employment Solicitor to join our expanding team, based in Dublin 2. The ideal candidate will have at least one to two years' post-qualification experience, with experience in Employment law.Key Responsibilities:Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Advising clients on a diverse range of Employment law matters including Employment contracts, policies & procedures, redundancies and unfair dismissalsTaking instructions and managing Employment caseload in the Workplace Relations Commission and in the courts to include drafting complaints and pleadings, liaising with counsel (where applicable) and management of case files to conclusionWorking independently and with Employment team members on a variety of Employment mattersInterpreting, analysing and advising clients on relevant Employment case law and legislationManagement of the client relationshipParticipating in business development and networking activities as requiredKey Skills & Experience:Minimum of one to two years' post-qualification experience with demonstrable experience in Employment lawStrong case management and drafting skillsHighly organised with a proven ability to manage a busy caseloadExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA client-focused, empathetic and professional approachQualification or relevant experience in GDPR is desiredAbout Lavelle Partners LLPWith over 35 years in business, Lavelle Partners LLP have a first-class reputation for achieving excellent results for commercial and private clients.
