About the role
Requisition ID: 61710Position Type: FT Fixed TermWorkplace Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote. The role is a 15‑month maternity cover at the Charleville plant, a key dairy facility.
We’re looking for a Supply Chain Planner who can contribute to a collaborative environment and leverage production or transport scheduling expertise. After onboarding, the position offers a hybrid work model, 3 days onsite and 2 days from home, in a fast‑paced, problem‑solving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Review weekly production requirements and schedule production efficiently to meet customer demand.
Monitor daily adherence to the production schedule and adjust priorities as needed to maintain supply continuity.
Support the Materials team in daily operations.
Manage purchase orders for specific materials and consumables, including invoice reconciliation.
Capture and maintain accurate order information in SAP, from order creation to invoicing.
Liaise daily with suppliers, operations, production, warehousing, and Quality teams to achieve common production goals.
Plan and coordinate transport and logistics to ensure timely and cost‑effective deliveries.
Oversee stock management to maintain lean working capital.
Provide support to regional and global procurement functions.
Qualifications and Skills
Previous experience in supply chain, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ideally SAP or similar ERP experience.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver on time.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Good numeracy skills with the ability to record, interpret, and analyse data.
Adaptability and flexibility to succeed in an evolving environment.
