About the Role:

We are continually expanding to meet the growing needs of the Irish market.
Due to this growth we are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales & Showroom Administrator to become part of our busy sales team.
This diverse position involves assisting with showroom activities, providing excellent customer service, supporting the sales team, and handling a range of administrative duties.
We are seeking someone who is well-organised, personable and confident in managing various tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule showroom appointments & Greet visitors when they arrive to the showroom
Provide expert advice on bathroom layout & design, ensuring selected products are suitable for the customer's space
Ensure the showroom area is kept clean at all times
Processing telephone, email and website enquiries from customers and trade professionals
Generate Sales Quotations, Sales Orders
Outbound telephone sales: promoting existing and new products.
Process sales orders via logistics department.
Liaise with customers to inform them of any discrepancies or stock availability issues and find a suitable alternative product where necessary.
Internal Sales support to field sales reps.
Provide product and after sales support to customers and end users.
Proactive office-based selling to increase sales.
Dealing with customer price queries
