We are one of Ireland's leading specialty coffee roasters, supplying over 400 wholesale partners with a solution to all their cafe needs.
This includes specialty coffee for espresso, brew and batch preparation, a large range of espresso machinery backed up by our own in-house technical support team, and a range of Irish artisan peripherals from cups & lids to hot Chocolate, organic tea & Matcha.

Role Description
You must have a good understanding of specialty coffee.
As we are based in Cork and this role is in Dublin you must be self-motivated, self-starting and be able to work independently.
The role is predominantly a Sales position where you will convert incoming enquiries and leads from advertising programs.
You will be driven to find new accounts and leads from your own efforts in the marketplace.
Importantly, you will also be expected to develop relationships with existing accounts, manage their needs and ensure that our coffee standards are kept high.
Preferably, you will also be able to train new baristas to a high standard.
Qualifications
Experience in the specialty coffee industry a must
Ability to self-motivate and work independently is imperative
Strong interpersonal skills
Sales and Account Management experience
Excellent communication and organisational skills
High-level barista skills a plus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field a plus
Full clean driver's licence and be over the age of 26 for insurance purposes
