* Handle residential and commercial conveyancing transactions from initiation to completion, including sales, purchases, leases, and transfers.
* Conduct property title searches, identify and resolve issues, and prepare title deeds.
* Advise clients on property law matters, guiding them through the legal process with clarity and professionalism.
* Draft, review, and finalize contracts, ensuring compliance with current regulations and best practices.
* Liaise with clients, estate agents, financial institutions, and other solicitors to coordinate seamless transactions.
* Ensure timely completion of transactions, managing deadlines effectively.
* Qualified solicitor with 2+ years' experience in conveyancing.
* In-depth knowledge of property law, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
