Accenture has an exciting opportunity for a driven and experienced Sales leader as we rapidly expand our team across EMEA. We are looking for a people-oriented sales leader who has solid experience managing and coaching sales managers with client facing experience, delivering results and achieving sales targets, building and scaling operations, and managing multiple internal and external stakeholders. The role will support the Functional Lead (FL) of one of 4 core functional business areas in EMEA. The role will support both team expansion and creation of operational rigour in the rapidly expanding digital marketing sales environment. You will have the opportunity to drive measurable outcomes for both Accenture and our Pinterest. Success in this position requires you own and grow an area of the business with autonomy. You will need to develop and maintain an effective working relationship with the ACCN Functional Lead for the business area, supporting that FL as a trusted and effective second-in-command.
Responsibilities
 * Own a segment of the business operations in assigned markets to ensure profitability and growth including providing insights into the call of business.
 * Proven expertise in fostering strategic relationships and achieving mutually beneficial outcomes with both clients and internal stakeholders; this role will be client facing and will require strategic interaction with clients.
 * Be a Role Model when it comes to right Sales Behaviours, Operational Excellence and Compliance. Strong passion for diversity, inclusion and equity.
 * Provide actions and insights leveraging business data in the development of AM business as a whole and in their program.
 * Report directly to the FL and stand in for the FL during absence (vacation etc) with support from the Operations Lead.
 * Manage a team structure (manager of managers).
 * Create employee engagement, career development, performance management, HC assignment and reassignment alongside FL for the function in the team.
 * Handle day to day running of the LOB excluding significant HR related issues.
 * Collaborate with other respective deputies on BP/Strategic plans.
 * Be responsible for advancing or accelerating business areas in alignment with the FL and developing drive for line of business priorities.
 * Analyse business data in detail to provide solutions for the LOB and ensure future best practices.
 * Upskill, develop, and execute high-level service expectations in line with Pin leads priorities. Own specific priority initiatives across the full function from time to time (e.g. in-quarter churn, high priority new product launches).
 * Minimum 5 years relevant experience managing and coaching teams in a high paced sales environment (or equivalent).
 * 2+ years of sales leadership experience managing managers in an AdTech sales environment.
 * Proven ability to make data-driven decisions, supported by strong analytical and reporting skills.
 * Excellent communication and presentation skills.
 * Preferable experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, and proficiency in Office/G-Suite collaboration and presentation tools.
 * Deadline-driven and detail-oriented.
