What you will do!
To raise awareness, drive sales, and enhance the profile of Diageo's brands within a designated territory, this will be achieved through gaining distribution and securing secondary displays.
1. Increase distribution and availability within stores.
2. Follow a defined retail call file and plan your route accordingly.
3. Meet and merchandise scheduled deliveries across Dunnes Stores, Supervalu, and Lidl outlets.
4. Deliver and execute objectives and targets set by your line manager.
5. Understand and identify customer needs.
6. Place POS in stores post-sell-in for client promotions.
7. Communicate effectively with store management and line managers.
8. Provide regular feedback via verbal communication, electronic, and phone apps.
9. Strive to achieve the highest standards of performance.
10. Maintain CPM and client standards at all times.
11. Participate in conference calls to submit feedback and insights.
12. Generate new ideas and improve ways of working.
13. Consistently aim for high performance standards for customers.
14. Operate efficiently to complete all tasks effectively.
15. Undertake any other duties as instructed by your line manager.
